The Experience

Tending to your body and soul with lunar wisdom

Understand your lunar needs, and your inner sun will thrive

Do you struggle with self-care?

Does the fast pace of your life keep you away from genuinely nourishing self-care?

Do you feel confused and unsure about where to start when it comes to self-care?

Self-care is a keystone in how we tend to our body and soul, but it’s not a one-size fits all approach.

What is the best approach for self-care?

Astrological and lunar wisdom can help you understand your self-care needs beyond the surface. We will go beyond massage, pedicures, and chocolate treats.

In exploring the importance of the Moon through the astrological lens to guide us in reimagining our emotional and physical self-care will help us craft a tailored approach to our self-care.

In this workshop, we will explore what the Moon means, emotionally and physically, and how to work with the lunar cycles. We will uncover the secret sauce for your self-care practices – your own Moon Sign.

What to expect from our time together…

Upon signing up for the workshop, we will need your birth date information (date of birth – day, month, year), so that we can find what is your Moon Sign, in case you don’t have that information.

The first part of the day will be focused on exploring what the Moon represents in your birth chart in our lives: Moon and mother, lunar moods, and how we can best make use of the lunar phases in our self-care.

After a lunch break, we will explore the Moon through the four elements and the twelve signs of the zodiac. During this part, we will also have the pleasure of receiving sound healing and activation with sound weaver Eric Isaac.

The sound healing activation will attune you to the vibration of your Moon element, and help you ground in its frequency.

What’s included?

Handouts and worksheets. Bring your own journal to take notes and write down your insights. Come in your comfortable clothes, so that you feel cozy and ready to absorb all this cosmic knowledge.

Registration also includes beverage service. You are welcome to bring snacks. We will break for lunch midday and recommend bringing your own vs. going out. There is a full kitchen on-site with refrigerator and stove, but no microwave.
