We are all born with some of the most integral tools needed in this world: our intuition, our breath, our selves.
But the world has its own ideas about what we need. It piles on expectation, pressure, stress. The world tells us that we need to question our intuition–– this can actually help us develop ideas and newer, bigger, and potentially better thoughts, but it can also lead to doubt. Sometimes, we end up feeling like we must be wrong, and not even just in thought, but in who we are. The world tells us that we need expensive equipment, and perfected skill sets–– without ever being a beginner, of course. It can feel like we don’t have enough, we can’t attain enough, and like we are not enough.
We are enough.
We have the tools we need.
What if, instead of taking on the burdens of the world, you were to remove the expectation, pressure, and stress, and listen to the voice beneath the noise?
Join Michelle Allen, MACP, on a beginner-friendly hike through the stunning Olympic National Park as you open your ears to your heart. You’ll begin with a centering meditation to let go of all that is not serving you so you can hear your truth clearly. On a silent hike into the forest, you’ll drop into that subconscious magic that’s been bubbling away below the surface, and after a short debrief, have the opportunity to share your newfound voice with another hiker. Together, you will create a supportive space to acknowledge the process and the divine power of listening to your heart so you can decipher what is serving you, and what is no longer needed.
