What Would Your Future Self Say?
What we intend we create.
What we say becomes real.
So often we fixate on resolutions. Plans. Goals. Big Ideas. Thoughts and wishes about who we want to become. What we want to “fix” or accomplish. Where we want to be in approximately 365 days from the moment we declared these things.
What if instead of looking forward with a master plan for what we want to be when we grow up, we settled into a beautiful presence and knowing of who we already are? What if instead of creating grand visions of the life ahead, we listened closely for the guidance already within and around us? The wisdom that wants to be brought to life, to be seen and heard?
What if we adopted an attitude of continuous momentum, growth and flow, treated the process of becoming as a treasure hunt, an adventure? To that, WE say “yes, please.”
Sitting in a cozy space with 20 big-hearted humans, complete with cushions, blankets + fuzzy sheepskins, candles, yummy snacks and gallons of tea and coffee. Laughter and music fill the air.
The smell of herbs and paper burning wraps around you as we officially bid adieu to what needs to end. (Or, for some of us, “peace out, don’t let the door hit ya.”) As we honor and express gratitude for the gifts– and lessons— we are claiming along the journey.
And then, we make way for fresh starts and magical new beginnings. Instead of fixating specifically on the next 525,600 minutes, striking up a conversation with your future self. Where would they advise you to invest your energy? What next chapters in the story will they encourage you to write?
What magical sparks will emerge to guide your next steps forward?
Here’s how it will go down, friends…
After we have reflected on where we are coming from and put it to bed (night, night), we will collectively and gently craft a space to receive messages from our future selves. Together, we will:
- Use insightful journal prompts to open up the conversation
- Play with intuitive collage to create an “inside out vision board”
- Create a tarot spread to inform milestones along the way
- Contemplate and call in resources and allies to support our journey
- Craft a living altar to root and grow our intentions
- Have spontaneous dance breaks as needed… (spoiler: always needed)
- Christen our new beginnings with a champagne toast!
- And more surprises to be revealed…
Our time together will be a loosely structured gathering of friends, following the flow of what wants and needs attention. Attendees are welcome to bring their own resources and tools for this process– art supplies, pendulums, rituals, whatever your jam– for supplementing your own experience or sharing with the circle.
Handouts and supplies for reflection, collage, and altar crafting. A variety of collage surfaces and materials will be provided, as well as everything needed to build your living altar.
As noted above, feel free to bring additional resources and tools for yourself or to share, and whatever you might want to feel cozy for the day. (Show up in your jammies if you feel so inclined!) You may also want to bring your favorite or a fresh new journal to document your new beginning.
Registration also includes beverage service, champagne toast and snacks. We will break for lunch midday– bringing your own vs. going out is encouraged to stay in flow with the process. There is a full kitchen on-site with refrigerator and stove, but no microwave. If there is enough interest, we may be able to orchestrate a potluck lunch.
Your Hosts for the Day
Earth Medicine Warrior
Before becoming a Midwife or Spiritual Mentor, Nicole was highly empathic and intuitive. For years, she allowed her voice and intuition to be influenced by others, losing herself along the way. Over 15 years, Nicole has worked hard to uncover her voice and rediscover her intuition by cultivating sacred moments in the ordinary and using rituals to weave them all together.
Nicole is passionate about guiding people to discover their own authentic voice, connect to their intuition, embody their gifts, and live the life of their dreams. Leaning into years of study with sacred teachers, energy workers, and medicine women, she lives deeply connected to the natural rhythms of the Earth. Now, she guides others through the physical, emotional, and spiritual birthing process– supporting them to rebirth their lives, themselves, and their Souls.
Souldust Founder + Shenanigans Ringleader
Rachel is a nerd for intuition + alchemy. She loves witnessing people waking up to the messages AND waking up to– remembering– who they are and owning their magical superpowers. She shares practices she has used in both personal and professional settings, leveraging mindfulness and intuition for decades as a software executive and full-on solo mom. Following the signs has led her to amazing experiences, opportunities and relationships, as well as clearing space for growth and healing.
In her role leading Souldust, Rachel is obsessed with building a community of humans willing to see and be seen, listen and be heard– a community that welcomes in all walks of life with open arms and hearts.
